Submission Form:

Watson constituents can request that items be added to any date. Once submitted the request form is routed to the Watson School web master who will post (and screen versus criteria below).

Event items will posted if they meet the following criteria:

• Watson related academic activity that is not restricted to invitation only*
• Watson student group activity (Events encompassing alcohol will not be displayed)
• Activity sponsored by the Watson academic departments
• Activity sponsored by the Watson Research centers
• Activity sponsored by the Watson Outreach program (SPIR, IEEC, Professional Development, EngiNet, etc.).
• Watson activity sponsored by the Dean's office
• Activities that are appropriate for public display. While this criteria seems vague, it is necessary to ensure that the calendar not negatively impact the School's image. This general statement would preclude political activity, exclusionary or other negative agendas from being put forth on the calendar. Web Master will work with members of the Watson School staff to discuss any questionable items.

*With Dean's office approval, invitation only events might be shown, but should have restriction indicated on the "date" page.
