Use this form to petition a course from Another institution be accepted to fulfill a requirement at Binghamton. Both your major Department and the Office of Student Services must sign these.

To request to declare computer science as a minor. (computer engineers students cannot declare a cs minor)

Use this form:

• To request a waiver of the Watson School residency requirement or if you wish to graduate in absence

• To request a change in your Bulletin year

• To request an overload, you must have a 3.0 or be a graduating senior

• To request an internal transfer within the Watson School

To change your current grading option (from pass/fail to normal or vice versa)
