Discovery is a multifaceted program that is available to all Binghamton University undergraduate students. It provides opportunities for students to develop greater competence in handling their educational and career responsibilities and to explore ways of making meaningful contributions to society.
Residential Life :

Center for Academic Excellence :
The purpose of the Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) is to foster students' development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and study skills and to help students become independent learners.
Center for Career Development :
The CDC provides resources and services designed around career exploration and career success. The CDC has a robust library of career and industry-related materials, along with electronic resources (including eRecruiting).
Counseling
Center :
The Counseling Center
"is committed to actively providing support and assistance to
students in their pursuit of personal growth, including the strengthening
of their emotional, intellectual, behavioral, cultural, and spiritual
development." The Counseling Center's site features basic information
about services, Counseling Center sponsored programs, a list of
carefully prepared reading material and counseling brochures,
and valuable links to other resources on and off campus.
Binghamton Success Program:
The
Binghamton Success Program (BSP) is an intellectual community
of undergraduate engineering and science scholars dedicated to
the educational and professional development of African American,
Hispanic American, Native American and Pacific Islander engineers,
and scientist.
